Home Instead named Top Workplaces in the Providence Journal!

We could not be more honored and proud to be named a TOP WORKPLACE in the Providence Journal this year.

What’s more, we won first place in the small business category, and a specialty award in communication!

It is truly an incredible honor!

As shared in the Providence Journal,

The winners list of the Top Workplaces awards is determined through a large-scale employee survey — this year, 1,151 organizations across Rhode Island were invited to participate, and only 19 earned recognition based on employee feedback.

These awards are especially meaningful because they’re driven by everyone’s voices, feedback, and dedication.

And as much as we were happy to be invited on stage to receive our award, the biggest reward is knowing that our staff, particularly our field staff, feel supported, valued and appreciated.

Because this award really is all about YOU living our Home Instead core values every day and helping us fulfill our vision of expanding the world’s capacity to care here in Rhode Island.
