Owner: As the owner of the Rhode Island Home Instead franchise, Cris manages the overall operation of the office.
Front Desk: Our front desk receptionist will be the first face you see when joining us at Home Instead. Please reach out to the receptionist if you need to schedule a time to pick up materials or are in need of additional papers for your Client binder.
Client Care: Our Client Care Team works with you to develop your client's Care Plan and is your contact for any concerns or updates regarding your plan of care. Please reach out to our Client Care team if you have questions, concerns, and updates regarding your Client or their home.
Payroll and Billing: Our payroll and billing specialist, Paula, handles any questions or concerns regarding billing, receivables, invoices, payments, etc. Please reach out to our Payroll specialist for any questions regarding your pay, accessing your paycheck email, use of sick time and PTO, mileage, and fuel reimbursements.
Recruitment and Engagement: The Engagement Team works to hire, train, and retain the highest quality Care Professionals in Rhode Island. This team handles all interviews, orientations, and additional training classes for our staff in addition to monitoring compliance for all required documentation. Please reach out to the Engagement Team for employment related questions, illnesses, doctor notes, and updating compliance documentation. Documentation for employment should be emailed to the Engagement email address.
Staffing: The Staffing Team works together to match clients with the ideal Care Professional and handle all other scheduling needs including vacation and time-off requests or availability changes. The correct email address for Staffing needs is: Support169@homeinstead.com. Please reach out to the Staffing Team if you need to call out, are running late, are asked by your Client to change your scheduled times, are confirming or requesting shift times, or have any other questions related to your schedule. All time-off requests and availability changes should be emailed to the Staffing email address.
