Meet the Home Instead Rhode Island Office Team

Cristian Dersidan
Franchise Owner
Home Instead's mission is to "change the face of aging" in Rhode Island. Non-medical and personal care services provided by trusted Caregivers and CNAs give families the support they need for elder loved ones to remain at home with dignity and respect.
Since 1997, Home Instead staff has grown to over 100 full and part-time employees serving thousands of families in Rhode Island. "My staff shares in my passion for serving the community and delivering on our promise of excellence. Our values are uncompromising as they are the foundation on which our reputation has been built." Since 2017, Cris has been an active member of the board for for the American Parkinson's Disease Association, where he currently serves as Treasurer.
Cris, his management staff, Caregivers, CNAs are privileged everyday to help families by providing home care solutions to the most challenging and difficult aging-in-place decisions families face today.



Paula Leep
Billing and Payroll Specialist
Paula is a CCRI graduate with an Associate in Business Administration and Accounting. She comes to Home Instead with 22 years experience in business/accounting in the Home Care industry and has always found the work interesting and rewarding. Paula is excited to begin her next chapter in her life at Home Instead.
JR earned a degree in Organizational Communication and has extensive experience in customer relations. He is passionate about having meaningful conversations with clients and finding ways to offer them the best options available. He first experienced the joy of helping others when he took care of his grandmother with her activities of daily living. This satisfaction drove him to search for a career in senior care and is now able to help seniors as a member of the client care team.

Taiwo Sodipo-Kuforiji, RN
CNA Instructor
Taiwo (Tai) is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience. She is a proud graduate of Rhode Island College and has previously worked as a Director of Nursing as well as a Nursing Home Administrator. She is passionate about working with students that are interested in the field of nursing/ care givers. Tai joined the Home Instead family in October 2023 as a CNA training instructor and looks forward to teaching nursing skills.


Client Care Team
Jackie Ranieri, RN
Director of Nursing and Marketing
The leader of our dedicated Client Care Team, Jackie, brings 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to Home Instead. In addition to Home Care, she has worked in many different settings, including the ICU, Hospice, and Assisted Living. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling, entertaining, and spending time with her family.
Brittney Anderson, LPN
Client Care Coordinator
Brittney is a Nurse with a strong background in home health. She has a passion for healthcare and is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients. Time away from work, I enjoy traveling, live entertainment, boating/fishing, and spending time with my son and family.
Tami Jendzejec
Client Care Coordinator
Tami brings years of healthcare experience to her role as a Client Care Coordinator. Prior to Home Instead, she was a donor specialist/ phlebotomist at Rhode Island Blood Center for 14 years. Tami’s dedication and hard work helped her advance from a caregiver in early 2023 to a CNA graduate of our in house CNA training program to a Client Care Coordinator. Tami is the proud mother of three boys and enjoys spending time making memories with her family.




Staffing Team
Kipp Ohoylan
Staffing Manager
Kipp joined Home Instead in December 2024. Prior to this, she worked as a Staffing Specialist for 6 years. She aims to support the team by ensuring staffing needs are met for both the elderly and Care Pros. Her joy in helping is paramount, and she is happy to contribute her expertise to ensure everyone is well-supported.

Dan Bordon
Staffing Coordinator
Dan joined the Home Instead Team in November 2024. Dan is a Nurse and worked as a Scheduling Coordinator at another Caregiving agency for more than 4 years. Dan has been in healthcare for more than 2 decades and is excited to begin his journey with Home Instead. Taking care of people has been Dan’s passion.
Erl Martinez
Staffing Coordinator
Erl joined Home Instead in August 2025. She previously worked as a Staffing Specialist for four years at another caregiving agency. Passionate about connecting with people, she enjoys using her skills to build meaningful relationships and support others in achieving their goals.



Recruitment & Engagement Team

Courtney Maxwell
Engagement Manager
Courtney first joined the Home Instead team in January 2023 as a Recruiter. She has more than 15 years experience in management roles and made the transition from the Entertainment and Restaurant industry, to become a recruiter. For the past few years, she has been successful in connecting people with their next career adventure and is grateful to be a part of that journey with them. Prior to working for Home Instead she was a recruiter specializing in Healthcare and Life Science Professionals. Outside of work Courtney enjoys traveling, board games, and spending time with family and friends.
Jen Esteves
Recruitment Coordinator
Jen joined our Home Instead team in June 2023. Prior to her role here, she worked as a Registered Nurse for the Department of Health, where she developed a solid foundation in healthcare and client care. She later transitioned into recruitment and accumulated more than five years of experience as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in nurses and allied health professionals. With her unique background as a Family Health Associate in the Department of Health and her experience in Talent Acquisition, Jen is passionate about connecting the right individuals to the right roles, particularly in the meaningful field of senior care. Being part of Home Instead enables her to integrate her skills and purpose into a rewarding career.


Janet Oladapo
Recruitment Coordinator
Janet Oladapo is excited to join Home Instead as a Recruiter starting October 22. Her journey with Home Instead began several years ago when she worked with the Attleboro office for 4–5 years as a dedicated caregiver. Those experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the meaningful connections built with seniors and their families, as well as the incredible caregivers who make compassionate care possible.

Paula Parcon
Engagement Coordinator
Paula joined Home Instead in September 2025. She has a total of over 6 years of experience as a Remote Team Manager and HR Officer from another caregiving company. Her foundation and passion for this field were shaped by a deep appreciation for those who dedicate themselves to helping others. She’s truly grateful to be part of the Home Instead team, with a goal that ensures people receive the care they need with dignity and compassion.
