CRISTIAN DERSIDAN.

Owner, Home Instead Senior Care

As the owner of the Rhode Island Home Instead franchise, Cris manages the overall operation of the office.  He is available to speak to you regarding  any high importance issues and concerns regarding you, your work and the well-being of our clients.

FRONT DESK.

Patti Brennan

The front desk receptionist will be one of the first voices you hear when calling Home Instead.  When calling, please give a brief overview of what your call is regarding so that she can transfer you to the appropriate staff member.  Our receptionist can assist with mailing log notes, gloves and envelopes to your client’s home and she can also help you with clocking in and out.

SCHEDULING TEAM.

Brittany Manchester (Manager), Donna Lynn Carroll, Sarah Marshall

The Staffing Coordinators will be the first voice you hear when calling Home Instead. The Staffing Coordinators handle scheduling changes for both clients and Care Professionals as well as call outs and availability changes. When calling, please give a brief overview of what your call is regarding so you can be transferred to the appropriate staff member. 

Jeanette O'Roke is our On-Call Supervisor. She is available for after-hour client emergencies, Care Professional urgent call outs and schedule changes.

ENGAGEMENT TEAM.

Tara Kilcommons (Manager), Crystal Dube, Aalok Khadka, Jen Fegason Esteves

The Engagement Team is available to speak to you regarding employment opportunities,

employment concerns and questions about Home Instead’s policies and

procedures as a Care Professional.   

Lauren George handles all Care Professional training as well as difficulties with the Wellsky PC App, RICaregiver.com, Empower, and telephony. 

CLIENT CARE TEAM.

Priscilla Luckhardt (Manager), Jackie Ranieri, R.N., "JR" Noel Castillejos

Our Client Care Team handles all client concerns, emergencies and updates.  Please call to speak to your client’s Primary Care Manager any time you would like to provide updates about issues such as a change in condition of a client, concerns about a client’s behavior, etc.   

 

FAMILY RESOURCE

Diane Clark

Diane works with clients and families in the community that are interested in learning more about Home Care services with Home Instead.

PAYROLL AND BILLING.

Paula Leep

Our payroll and billing department can handling all billing and payroll questions.  You may also speak to either Tara or Diane to assist with clocking in and out and other telephony issues.
