What is the Care Pro Portal?

The Care Pro Portal (Wellsky Personal Care and Wellsky PC app) is your access to your schedule - completed and future shifts - as well as client assessments and directions to your client's residence.  The Portal is available as an app as well as a website and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

Credentials to login -- Email address you have provided to Home Instead upon hire.
Password  - Passwords are created during Orientation. Select "forgot password" on the Wellsky PC Login screen and follow the prompt to reset your password. 

You can download the Wellsky PC app on any mobile device.  Follow the directions below to download today.

Once you have installed the app, you can login with the credentials at the top of this page.  The app allows you to view your schedule, client assessments and locations, clock in and out of your shifts and update tasks.  For a video tutorial on using the app, click here.

Wellsky Personal Care: Web Version

For any device that does not support the app, you can access the Portal online.  By opening your web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) you can visit and login with your credentials at the top of this page.  You can not clock in and out or update tasks through the web version.

Clocking in and out: An Overview

It's extremely important that our Care Professionals complete timely clock ins and clock outs on all shits. This includes updating the status of the tasks assigned, and notifying the office of any changes in condition. Although the Wellsky PC App is the preferred method, there are other ways to clock in and out. The list below gives an overview of each method; Please read through and call the office with any questions or concerns.

The Wellsky PC App is available for download on any mobile device. The app uses geolocation which allows Home Instead to verify location for clocking in and out. For an overview on how to use the app and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, watch the tutorial here:


Telephony from client's home phone

Client's home phone numbers are in our system and recognized by our telephony system. Using the client's home phone, Care Professionals can call 1-888-930-2172 to complete their clock in, clock out, and updating all tasks. By calling from the client's home, we are able to verify that your location when clocking in.


Submitting missed clock in/out form

If no other methods are working, or if you miss a clock in or clock out, you must complete the online form for clock in/out errors and your submission will be addressed by an office staff member.
