August is here! The past few months have brought meaningful moments, wonderful achievements, and opportunities for us to learn and grow together. This month gives us even more reasons to celebrate!
In this edition, we will look back at some recent highlights and share what is happening this August.

We’re Looking for a Lead CNA! 🌟
Take the Next Step in Your Caregiving Career and be our Lead CNA!
What We’re Looking For:
65 hours of availability per week
Willingness to work with all clients, including males, females, pets, smokers, etc.
Willingness to travel anywhere within the state
Be able to pick up a shift within 2 hours when needed
CNA Lead Expectations:
A Lead CNA is responsible for more than just caring for a few regular clients.
Leads also assist with starting new clients, providing vacation coverage, covering callouts, and helping meet staffing needs as they arise.
Please note that providing 65 hours of availability does not mean you are required to work 65 hours per week. It does, however, guarantee 40 hours of pay each week.

LEARNING TO "WALK IN THEIR SHOES"
On August 5, we welcomed representatives from Lincoln Lighthouse Memory Care to our Warwick office for a meaningful learning session about dementia.
The experience reminded us that providing great care begins with understanding, learning, and seeing the world from another person’s perspective. By continuing to learn, we can serve our clients with even greater empathy, patience, and compassion.
