*Due to the expense of our recognition events, we ask that you make a commitment to attend.  Should your circumstances change and you are unable to join us, we will need 48 hours notice to change our head count. If we are not notified, it will be necessary for you to reimburse Home Instead for the cost of your meal. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
