About the Event
You cannot pour from an empty cup. In this collaborative workshop we will discuss the care and keeping of YOU. We will explore various methods of self-care, including habit building and personal boundaries. You will come away with the framework for your own personal care plan.

This is an in-person session in the Warwick Office. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, registration is limited to 5 Care Professionals. Mask are required for all in-person trainings.
