HIPAA, Abuse & Emergencies

This training will cover professional boundaries, HIPAA protocol, recognizing various types of Elder Abuse, as well as how to handle a variety of emergency situations that could occur in the home. This training is MANDATORY for every Care Professional who joined Home Instead prior to January 1st, 2023. In accordance with Joint Commission regulations, this training will be required for all employees once every year.
